To strengthen their role as revenue cycle experts in the healthcare industry, Revenue Enterprises set out to bring valuable thought leadership content to current and prospective clients. Bonfire Effect helped them identify a salient topic and build content for an engaging live webinar – cohosted by an industry expert and master of customer experience. The end product gave patient financial services (PFS) professionals practical ways to increase patient payments while prioritizing the patient experience, all with a little inspiration from the one and only Disney.
Our team worked with Revenue to actively promote the event, creating an email nurture campaign, blog posts, web banners, and LinkedIn ads to spark interest and spur engagement. As a result, the webinar had a 65 percent attendee rate – blowing the industry average of 44 percent out of the water. Another big win: the Nebraska, Kansas, and Washington-Alaska chapters of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) all featured the webinar in their spring virtual conferences pool of content.
To allow the valuable webinar lessons to live on and keep encouraging PFS professionals, Bonfire Effect helped Revenue set up an on-demand version of the webinar. We also developed a comprehensive case study. By expanding on the inspirational story of a real patient, the case study helped reinforce components of the webinar and bring an empathy-filled patient billing experience to life.
